Accounts Executive

**Qualifications**- At least 4 years working experience in Finance / accounting- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Preferably Executive specialized in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.**Responsibilities**- Drive efficient and effective end to end AR process:- Update receipts in accounting system- Make daily collection calls.- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues.- Send statement to outstanding customers.- Reconcile local debtors SOA.Liaise with branches for missing invoices.- Maintain up to date AR aging report.- Highlighting collection problems and dispute to accounts manager.- Create customer Name In FMS.**Specialist Knowledge and Skills**- Intermediate knowledge of accounting.- Familiar with industry standard programs and able to operate standard systems relevant to the position.- Professional working attitude.- Motivated to learn new processes, receive feedback and work independently.- Highly trainable and approachable.- Good in Excel.**Interpersonal & Communication Skills**- Pleasant personality, resourceful, result-oriented & positive mind-set in servicing customers.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
