Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:- Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry and general administrative duties.- Manage financial documentation such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders, debit notes, and credit notes.- Close monthly accounts and prepare financial reports, including aging reports for both accounts receivable and accounts payable, and manage stock inventory.- Help resolve accounting discrepancies and other related issues.- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.Job Requirements:- Must possess a minimum of a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferable.- Familiarity with various accounting systems, accounting terminology, rules, and legislation.- Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.????:- ????????,????????????- ??????,??????????????????????- ????????,???????,????????????????,???????- ??????????????????- ??????????????????- ????????????????- ????????????????:- ????????????????????????????????????????- ??1-2???????????- ????????????????????- ??????,???Microsoft Word?Excel?- ???????,?????- ????,??????,??????????Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
