Job Description / Responsibilities:- Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, providing service and support remotely- Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts for our Singapore SME clients- Prepare month-end schedules and executing precise adjusting entries- Review and prepare GST returns, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks for our clients.- Deliver monthly reporting packages to meet clients' needs- Required to perform tax computations, ensuring our clients optimize their tax positions- Manage monthly payroll processing remotely, ensuring our clients' employees are paid accurately and on time- Use your technical expertise by drafting unaudited financial statements and preparing XBRL reports with precision and accuracy- Utilizing cloud-based software such as Xero, Talenox, Bukku, Microsoft Teams and more, enabling efficient workflows and delivering timely results- Take on ad hoc or administrative duties remotely as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's success- Report directly to the Principal Consultant / Director in our Singapore office, benefiting from mentorship and expertise through virtual communication channels.Educational Qualifications / Requirements:- Possess a degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development- Possess accounting experience- Experience in Xero accounting software is highly regarded, enabling you to hit the ground running in a remote capacity- Good command of spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with internal departments and external clients remotely.- Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an added advantage- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliverables- Display a self-motivated and independent mindset while also being a proactive team player, fostering collaboration and success in a remote settingWork hours / Benefits:Working hours : 5 day week, 9 - 6 pmWorking Place:Hybrid working arrangement in the future (TBA)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:Remote working, work from home**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:Opportunities for promotionProfessional developmentWork remotely / WFHWork schedule:Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pmApplication Deadline: 05/31/2024**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
