Accounts Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION - Prepare cash flow projection for the group of companies. - Manage petty cash and float. - Check and verify supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations. - Manage payroll, including statutory payments for management staff. - Prepare and submit yearly EA and E forms. - Prepare and present Management reports. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD. REQUIREMENTS - Possess a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professional qualification. - At least 3 years working knowledge in similar position. - Working knowledge of SQL Accounting or similar Accounting system will be advantages. - MS Office with strong data processing and spreadsheet skills. - Good analytical skills with strong emphasis on data accuracy. - Able to work within a team with minimum supervision.Bachelor's or Equivalent
