Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Handle full set of accounts (Housing Development Account)- Prepare and monitor the annual budget, profit, and cash flow projections- Monitor costs on a project feasibility study- Monitor daily in / outflow of collection and payment- Liaise with the auditor and tax agents on all matters- Deal with tax agent (e.g. prepare the tax computation, CP204, CP204A, Form C, Form R, and others- Prepare bank and debtor reconciliation.**Requirements**:- Minimum LCCI higher or Diploma in Accounting- Minimum 4 years of working experience with a minimum 2 years in the property development industry- Good analytical skills- Working experience in a Property Development Company is a **MUST****Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
