Accounts Executive / Snr. Accounts Executive

To handle GL full set of Accounts- To generate service charges/sinking fund and miscellaneous billings.- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts.- Checking of edit listing for AR & GL entry- Prepare bank reconciliation- Prepare Audit Schedules and Tax Schedules- To issue cheque payment and receipts- To perform daily collection reporting- To update bank in slip and bank statement- To ensure all receipts issuance is in running sequence number- To attend to purchaser enquiry and provide the solution**Qualification**:Level of Education: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalentYears of Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in accountsDiscipline/Related Field: Finance & Accounting in Developer IndustrySchedule:- Monday to Friday
