**ACCOUNTS INTERNSHIP****PRESTAR GALVANIZING SDN BHD****1. **Bank In cheque**2. **AR - update daily collection and send daily collection reports to sales department**3. **Weekly sales & collection report**4. **AP - attached all supporting documents (DO/PO) and key in suppliers invoice**5. **Preparation for BA & issuing monthly payments**6. **Stock - key in MRN/GRN confirmation for stock closing figure**7. **Issue monthly debit note to interco (water & electricity, diesel & sharing cost)**8. **Pass journal voucher**9. **Prepare monthly report such as:- AR & AP Ageing report- Bank reconciliation- Interco sales confirmation- Accrual, clearing, prepayment schedule- BA interest report & Group BA report- SST report**10. **Keep and monitor petty cash flow**11. **Filing documents (AR & AP)**Requirements**:2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (optional).3.
