**Job Summary**: The Accounts Manager at K-Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations, managing accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accounts Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital to support operational needs.- Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor payments.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations to maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.- Prepare financial forecasts, projections, and trend analysis to support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.- Lead and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional development.- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote teamwork, accountability, and excellence in financial management.- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and addressing audit findings in a timely manner.- Stay current with accounting regulations, standards, and industry best practices to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis techniques.- Proficiency in accounting software, SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Nilai (required)Ability to Relocate:- Nilai: Relocate before starting work (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
