Accounts Manager

Responsible for full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting, and etc.- Responsible for full set of accounts, day to day finance/accounts operations, and ensure timely closing of accounts- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, control, and measure returns on investments- Prepare, review, and approve for payment vouchers and journal entries- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, and cash-flow management reporting- Prepare the financial data and analysis on overall financial performance of the company- Review monthly financial forecast and cash flows for business planning and performance review- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies/authorities- Responsible for financial risk analysis reporting- Ensure the financial statements and records are comply with laws and regulations- Plan and manage all banking facilities utilization of the company to ensure that there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs of the company- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Management**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Kemuning: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Do you have experience acting as an Accounts Manager in construction field?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounts Manager: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- Cantonese (preferred)
