Details of the offer

Responsibilities- Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department.- Handling Daily Accounts Receivable (AR) Function.- Check the sales report submitted by Operation Department.- Generate Month end sales Report.- Ensuring all payments are made based on the Standard Procedure of the Company.- Updating cash book, banking administration, processing of payments.- Performing bank reconciliation for both excel cash book and accounting system.- To update and maintain accurate accounting entry into system.- Assist on month end / year end accounts closing.- Filing and maintain proper accounting records.- To perform any other Ad hoc related tasks from time to time as assigned by superior - Accounts Executive.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Receivable is required**:- Able to handle volume in transactions and to work independently- Experience in SQL Accounting System is an added advantage- Experience in Hotel Industry is an advantage- Proficient in English**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Retention bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Accounts Receivable: 2 years (required)
