Accounts Officer (Johor)

**Job Descriptions**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the subsidiary, including accounts payable, account receivable, and general ledger entries.- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.- To assist in secretary matter including regulatory filings and compliance requirements.- Manage petty cash transactions for branches, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.- Monitor and report on petty cash expenditures to maintain financial control.- Collaborate with the manager to provide financial analysis, reports, and insights to support decision-making.- Perform any ad-hoc assigned duties.**Requirements**:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).- Proficient in accounting software. Auto count or Domain.- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.**-Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin.****Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- working: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
