Location:- Penang- Specialisation:- Engineering & Manufacturing- Salary:- MYR 72,000 - 84,000 (Annual)- Reference:- PR/156939- Contact details:- Charmaine Loo- Job published:- March 12, 2024 09:38**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Perform Accounts Payable for the assigned vendors and customers.- Validate and process the manual invoices or debit notes via Oracle system.- Prepare the monthly Accounts Payable reconciliation.- Perform Freight processing and Accrual month-end accounting.- Perform Diebank report reconciliation and interim testing.- Validate on Discrepant Material Requisition process.- Assist in inventory count with the vendors.- Assist in general accounting duties and liaise with auditors.- Assist in System implementation.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma or degree is preferred.- At least 3 to 4 years of AP / Audit experiences, or more than 5 years of experience managing full sets of accounts.- Proficiency in Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookup
