Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for financial management.

Responsibilities:- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities- Communicate with vendors to address payment issues and inquiries- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
