_**Responsibilities**:_- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, from procurement to payment, including monthly closings, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality. Key tasks include PR, PO, PI, DO matching, maximizing credit terms, timely payments, preparing accrual reports, payment and bank reconciliation, managing reimbursements, forecasting outflows, and devaeloping SOPs.- **Team Development**: Guide, design, and improve team operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and support in a dynamic company environment.- **Strategic Execution**: Actively participate in strategy development for company growth, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.- **Process Improvement**: Review and enhance accounting processes and workflows for maximum effectiveness.- **Training and Support**: Provide ongoing training and support to team members and operation staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies.- **Financial Reporting**: Assist with month-end closings and the preparation of reports, ensuring compliance and resolving discrepancies.- **Project Leadership**: Lead critical projects, such as accounting system migrations and updates to procurement and payment processes. Collaborate closely with IT, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth integration and execution.- **Skills and Qualifications**_- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field.- **Experience Requirements**: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the retail sector and chain store operations.- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability in people management, including coaching, development, and motivation.- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of accounting principles related to Accounts Payables, proficiency in MS Office, and an appreciation for IT innovations.- **Analytical Abilities**: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to structure information, and present effectively to various stakeholders.- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.- **Personal Attributes**: Independent, results-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
