Job Description:Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partnersAssist to produce training materials and provide guidance to service point partners on the features of the Shopee Xpress applicationMaintain and update service point information and settings within the systemMaintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partnersServe as an intermediary between service point partners and the internal operations team to enhance operation standards and to achieve overall business objectivesConsolidate monthly billings and updating of trackersRequirements:Willingness to travel around Singapore to speak to merchants and retailersOutgoing and possesses confidence to approach potential partnersDetail-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsIndependent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiativeGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environmentEnthusiastic team player with a positive work attitudeProficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerpointFull-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
