Details of the offer

You are required to be responsible for the smooth running of our medium size office where professionalism, initiative and good office skills will be required.
Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:
? Office Administration
- To answer incoming calls.
- To provide administrative support to the Directors
- To handle general admin work including purchasing, insurance, renewal of license, registration, office & equipment maintenance, office procedures and other related matters.
- To maintain a proper and systematic filing system for all accounts and administration documents.
? Financial Management
- To handle accounts work including accurate and timely management of receivables, payables, cash flow, audit, tax, data entries and other related financial matters.
? Human Resource
- To handle HR functions including sourcing, hiring, payroll and other staff related matters.
? ISO 9001:2015
- Coordinator for ISO
This job is suitable for an independent person who is able to multi task, have good interpersonal and office management skill and experience; self-directed with good organisation and problem-solving skills and able to work within tight deadlines.
