Admin Assistant Cum Packaging Delivery

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. • Preparing purchase order, delivery order, payment voucher & print out all the invoice order • Record and update client database • Preparing ad-hoc task given by management if needed. • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone & e-mail • Conduct weekly meeting with team • Anticipate the needs of HOUT SQUAD in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Packaging & Delivery Responsibilities: • Prepare orders by processing request and supply orders, packing boxes & placing orders in delivery area for pickup • Fill all customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. Pack sold items properly and ship in a timely basis per policy • Pack and ship items securely and effectively to minimize breakage. • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
