We make sure people have a great time at our Airbnb and glamping spots.**Job Info**:We need someone who likes helping people to work with us. You'll talk to guests, help them book their stay, fix any problems, and make sure they're happy.**Your Job Will Be To**:- Help guests book their stay, change bookings, or cancel.- Fix any issues guests have fast and be nice about it.- Listen to what guests say so we can make things better.- Work with the cleaning and fix-it teams to get everything ready.- Help out with telling people about our places.**You Need To**:- Be really good at talking to people and solving problems.- Be okay working on your own or with others.- Have worked a job like this before, but it's okay if you haven't.**When You'll Work**:- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM- Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**Where You'll Work**:- Setiawalk, Puchong**Good Stuff We Offer**:- A fun job where you help make people's visits great.- Chance to learn and grow in your job.- Pay and good things that come with the job.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
