**Job Description & Responsibilities**- Verify and validate documents before submitting them for management approval, such as TNG and diesel usage reports, and compile management reports for approval.- Collaborate with HR on daily operations activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding process, attendance, and upkeeping of HR records.- Responsible for HR administrative tasks such as updating employees' personal records, training records, employees' details, maintaining personal files, leave management.- Assist management to process drivers' payroll and ensure accuracy before submitting for payment processing.- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.- Conduct research and provide administrative support for various projects as assigned.- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.- Prepare other monthly reports.- Act as documentation controller for the Operations Department.- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles or office management, beneficial.- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.- Good problem-solving and communication skills.- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you able to communicate well, written & orally using English?- Do you have experience in report preparation using Microsoft Excel?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
