Admin Assistant

Collection of service and maintenance charges and issuance of receipts.- Issue the Purchase order and liaison with the accounts department on collection and payments.- Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.- Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, collection reports, correspondences, and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matters related to the property's maintenance and management.- Assist in the issuance of purchase orders, capital acquisition requests,s, and letters of an award.- Provide customer service to tenants and purchasers.- Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.- Processing and documentation of all matters related to maintenance and management of the property and building maintenance system.- To assist Building Manager / Property Executive in any other task assigned related to maintenance and management of the property.
