Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms as needed.- Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports.- Maintain physical and digital files and records in an organized manner.- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in administrative support and purchasing functions.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and purchasing software.- Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
