Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Manage day to day administrative operations at the office.- To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filing system, documentation and records.- Prepare and issue of Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Payment Voucher and related documentation.- Coordinate incoming calls, and courier assignments.- Monitor customer's payments and collection of overdue accounts.- Basic accounting.- Assist in general accounting, human resource functions and duties.- Undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by the Management or Superior from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Preferably at least with 1-2 year's of work experience in administrative work.- Required language(s) (oral & written) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.- Familiar with SQL accounting system will be an added advantage.- Good team player and possess good working attitude, and high sense of responsibility.- Honest, positive working attitude and self-motivated.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Possess own transport.
