Provide general administrative activities to the organization to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organization, looking after visitors, and assisting with general reception and telephone duties- Organize and maintain supplies inventory within the office; checking stock to determine inventory level; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies- Assist Line Manager(s) to make improvements and implement required changes- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team- Be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role- Research and creates presentationsJob Requirement:- Qualification: minimum of Diploma in relevant discipline.- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Strong determination to learn new things- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
