**Responsibilities**:- Assist day-to-day of overall administration.- Maintain proper filing and documentation in a timely manner.- Performing data entry and update database.- Replacement for receptionist as and when is required.- General:- To implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as is defined in the Company's Quality Management System.- To perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.**Job Requirement**- At least 1 year relevant working experience in related field.- Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kota Damansara (preferred)
