**i. Handle Procurement Task**- _Issue MRF and obtain approval._- _Request and evaluating quotation from supplier._- _Updated the supplier list, price list and any new products that may be more cost effective._- _Prepare purchase orders by GP System and send copies to suppliers._- _Track the status of requisitions or orders._- _Must check and verify all goods arrived and received as per agreed purchase quantity._- _Refuse acceptance of damaged or incorrect items._- _Check and verify supplier's invoices are match with our purchase orders._- _Do Receiving Transaction and post the vendor invoice._- _Submit Vendor Invoice/ Report/ PRF to Account Dept. for payment arrangement._- _Notify asset control officer (ACO) for any fixed asset purchasing._- _Need to liaise with China Manufacture_**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6-12 monthsPay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Procurement: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (required)Application Deadline: 06/30/2024Expected Start Date: 07/01/2024
