**Responsibility - Receptionist**- Greeting visitors.- Answer, screen and transfer calls as necessary.- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.- Managing meeting room availability.- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail.**Responsibility - Admin**- Log-in company Shopee / Website / Lazada / Tik-Tok account and prepare daily summary report.- Print sticker for packaging and packing customer's order.- Update stock.- Order stock from supplier.- Update daily sales quantity to Superior and Director.- Update stock level when request.- Arrange parcels for courier.**Skills required**- Excellent verbal communication.- Good telephone communication etiquette.- Organized and resourceful.- Experience with Microsoft Office.- Immediate hiring.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu (required)- English (required)Application Deadline: 03/22/2024Expected Start Date: 03/18/2024
