To handle general administrative duties and assist in Account i.e., paperwork, filing, respond and processing mails, managing attendance records, etc.- To liaise with government body such as LHDN (e - Invoice), Kastam SST, Immigration, Niosh, CIDB etc in order to maintain office certificate and permit renewal.- Maintain and update employee medical and training record.- Update tenancy agreement between agent and company.- Maintain and update vehicles and machineries maintenance record.- Update site workers CV from time to time.Working day: Monday to Friday (08.30am to 05.30pm), Saturday (08.30am to 12.30pm)Pay: RM1,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
