Details of the offer

**Job Purpose/Summary**:- To process documents/policies outsource to Operations Excellence - Process Support Centre (PSC).- To handle general office job functions.**Key Responsibilities**:- To ensure tasks assigned are carry out promptly and accurately.- To ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity are achieved consistently as stated in the Business Goals.- To ensure all data capturing templates/systems are consistently updated in an agile and accurate manner.- To update user manual timely & accurately.- To seek collective success through diversity and collaboration, support and working together with all team members to achieve team objectives.- To be able to process 1 core + 1 cross function and performing UAT. Good behaviours to be consistently carry out.- To assist Supervisor in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary.- Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.- Assist in conducting training (if assign).- Assist in Cross/Pre/Post Checking (if assign).**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
