**JOB SCOPE**JOB SCOPE**Job Description**:1. Assist Building Manager/Building Executive at site.2. Collecting fees from the residences at site and record all daily collections.3. Key in all collection into accounting system and update the collection to the accounts departments.4. Responsible to handle tenant complaints at sites.Education level: Diploma/DegreeJob Skills:Filing / Document Management, Handle Inquiries and Requests, Internal Cost Accounting- **Working Hours **_Monday - SaturdayMonday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMSaturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 03/04/2024
