Job ResponsibilityE-commerce Platform Management: Maintain and update the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring the accuracy of product information, prices, and inventory data.Order Processing: Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, allocation of inventory, and arranging for timely delivery.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Inventory Management: Manage product inventory, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure appropriate inventory levels.Website Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of the website, including resolving technical issues and enhancing user experience.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any fieldProficiency in EnglishComputer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresJob BenifitsAnnual leaveMedical and hospitalisation leaveStatutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO & PCB)Annual bonus
