Admin Cum Accounting

Are you positive, confident, proactive, honest and hardworking - then we need you if you can
- Speak Chinese and English
- Perform basic bookkeeping & account entries for General, Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Maintain and reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transaction for all projects
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Prepare Payment Voucher/Purchase Order/Invoices for every confirm order to client & supplier
- General banking, cash flow and bank, supplier, customer reconciliation
- Record and process monthly expenses claims
- Must be punctual, good teamwork and would be able to work independently and under pressure
- Have experience on fast moving projects
