Admin Executive For Deputy Ceo Office

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide a full range of general administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy CEO- Compile and prepare minutes of meetings, reports and presentations- Any other tasks as assigned by the Hospital from time to time**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)- Able to work independently- Preferably have related working experience in relation to administrative matters, minutes writing and planning**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Parental leaveAbility to commute/relocate:- Kampar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Administrative: 2 years (required)Expected Start Date: 11/07/2023
