Join our team as an Administrative Executive and play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.**Responsibilities**:- Greet and assist patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner.- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and resolving inquiries.- Maintain accurate and organised inventory of treatment supplies and materials.- Handle billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information- Manage and update social media accounts to promote our centre's services.- Assist in general administrative tasks to support the center's smooth operation.**Requirements**:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Good problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to applyIf you are passionate about Ayurveda and dedicated to providing exceptional client support, we would love to hear from you.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Tamil (preferred)License/Certification:- driving license (preferred)
