Details of the offer

To carry out office administration work.- Data entry work to generate monthly report- Documents filling & submissions.- Book-keeping, planning and scheduling, documentation.- Assisting in various daily operations such as order office supplies, etc.- Assist in coordinate office procedures.- Assist in scheduling official meetings with third parties- To handle other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.**Requirements**:- Possess at least a recognized diploma or degree in Management /Secretarial / Administration courses or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)- Good interpersonal skills- Good time management skills, ability to multi-task- Have a good adaptability & a team player- Working location - Sendayan Techvalley, Bandar Sri SendayanWork Remotely- NoPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 2 years (preferred)- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
