Assist and support in day to day HR Admin / Finance operation, activities and projects.- Maintain all filing/records and office management in good order.- Assist and participate in employee engagement activities.- Updating internal databases and information like contact details and bank statement.- To support the smooth operation of the related department.- Manage the work given by supervisor and help in other ad hoc matters.**Job Requirement**:- Diploma and Degree holder in Business Administration/ HR Management & Accounting/Finance.- Hard working and good communication skill.- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.- Knowledge with Ms Word & Ms Excel.- Preferred with driving license.**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship**Salary**: RM500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)License/Certification:- D (preferred)Work Remotely:- No
