Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 years experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Human Resource Executive, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
2. Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Basic bookkeeping and math skills
4. Proficiency in English & Malay
5. Exemplary planning and time management skills
6. Ability to stay late and work on the weekend when need
7. Current in today's office technology, and computer software including MS Office
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
9. High level verbal and written communications skills
10. Discretion with personal and confidential informationResponsibilities:1. Ability to prepare Quotation, Invoice, Receipts and Payment Status.
2. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
3. Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
4. Discretion with personal and confidential information
5. Planning for Office Management and Provide Daily Planning for Directors.
6. Monitoring Payment Supplier & Subcontractor
7. Communicate with the Contractor or Supplier for arrangement on site.
8. Monitoring and update Client Payment Status and Report directly to Director
9. Arrange the Hiring Process.
10. Monitor Deadline Every Site.
11. Arrange Weekly Schedule for Project Manager & Contractor.
12. Prepare Salary Slip and Basic Financial Status for Company.
