_**Job Description**_- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files and records.- **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training. Process employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding paperwork.- **HR Systems and Data Management**: Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information. Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed for HR initiatives and decision-making.- **Employee Relations**: Provide support for employee relations matters, such as investigating complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating resolution.- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs.- **Payroll Support**: Assist with payroll processing tasks, such as data entry, verifying timesheets, and addressing payroll inquiries.- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.- **HR Projects and Initiatives**: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.- **General HR Assistance**: Provide general assistance and support to HR team members as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department.**Working Days**: Monday to Friday**Working Hours**: 8:30AM - 5:30AM / 9:00AM - 6:00PM**Working Location**: Sungai Buloh, Selangor (Possesses have own transport)**Main Language**: Fluent in English & BahasaContract to permanent (Based on performance)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)Expected Start Date: 03/18/2024
