_**Job Description**_- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files and records.- **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training. Process employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding paperwork.- **HR Systems and Data Management**: Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information. Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed for HR initiatives and decision-making.- **Employee Relations**: Provide support for employee relations matters, such as investigating complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating resolution.- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
