Job DescriptionAssist Project Manager in daily administrative duties for the company.Handle day-to-day matters and providing proficient support for administration processes.Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.Update and maintain administration records.Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project from time to time.RequirementAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
