**Assalamualaikum****VACANCY: ADMIN (Workplace at Seri Iskandar)**.**Working hours**:**Monday to Friday**:1.00pm - 10.00pm with this way of working,**(1.00pm - 5.30pm: Work at office)****(6.30pm - 10.00pm: Work at home)****Saturday**: 8.30am - 1.30pm **(Work at office)**Training weeks**:Full time in office (1.00pm-10.00pm)****Company overview**:Akademi Syoknya is a home tuitions and online classes provider specifically in mathematics for primary and secondary level with 270+ students. We are expanding, thus we need more passionate individual to be part of our team.**We Are Searching For Admin With Following Qualities...**- Have cheerful personality.- Developing a solid understanding of the clients.- Assist clients about classes (class links, class issues).- Perform monthly fee invoices releases using system provided.- Perform fee payment reminders to clients using procedure provided.- Give receipts for payments using system provided.- Perform engagement with clients via video call, phone calls, messages or other communication medium.- Perform daily update on latest clients/students database in systems provided.- Keep a professional and proper look/communication while surrounded by students, clients and team members.- Attend and show commitment in every meetings and discussions conduct either at headquarters or anywhere else.- Involve in all activities as directed.- Alert in all changes happens in Malaysia education.- Suggest and implement any ideas in order to improve quality of services.- Positive and passion.- Other task as directed later.- High discipline and punctual.- Willing to learn new things with mínimal supervision.- Able and confidence to speak in English even though not fluent.- Possess transportation.- Possess laptop.- Cheerful, friendly and love to communicate.- Energetic person.**Skills Required**:- Minimum diploma in any suitable fields.- Presentation speaking skills.- Communication skills.**Other Benefis**:- Residency is provided.- Basic salary.- Fulltime position.- EPF, SOCSO and SIP.- Ongoing trainings.- Promotion opportunities.- Medical benefits (After confirmed)- Annual bonus (If performed)- Rewards bonus (If performed)- Annual salary increment (As performance)- Others**Basic Salary**:Probation - RM1500After probation - RM1600 - RM2500 (according performance and education level)**Start On: April **2024**Probation Period**:3 months**Office Location**:Seri Iskandar, PerakONLY COMPLETE APPLICATION WILL BE PROCESSED.
