Board Registration & Compliance**:- Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely submission of required documents.**2. Communication and Customer Service**:- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal/board complaints by providing assistance and information as needed.- Coordinate and manage courier services if needed.**3. Office Equipment and Facilities Management**:- Monitor and report issues related to office equipment and facilities.- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.- Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies such as stationery and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.- Arrange payments for utility bills and other related expenses.**Requirements**:- Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results-oriented.- Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.- Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Minimum 3 months of internship period.- Preferred internship period: February - May 2024**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How long is your internship period?
