**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Maintain quality office environment, corporate image and cleanliness- Delivery or collection of critical documents within or outside office area as and when required- To maintain an efficient office administration, including company documents and secure records for the management.- Respond to customer & supplier inquiries- To assist in Human Resource and Procurement matters.- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.**REQUIREMENT**- Have at least 2 year relevant working experience in Oil & Gas is preferred- Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English- A good team player and be able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels of personnel- Able to work under pressure.- Self-motivated & independent.- Posses' positive attitude, excellent presentation & communication.**OTHERS**:- Possess own transport- Notice : ASAP or within 2 to 4 weeks- Salary : based on experiences**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/08/2024
