**1. **To request petty cash & prepare reconciliation report to Account department2. Numbering and sequence the request vehicle form based on date and time.3. Rename file of updated request vehicle form after scan.4. Key in updated request vehicle form in Ad server.5. To assist in preparation and updated monthly vehicle report.6. Responsible to monitoring all insurance that related with company's vehicles.7. Responsible to ensure the company's vehicle always in service on schedule.8. Responsible to check and ensure the transportation key/touch and go/ shell card enough and tally with the request form.9. Responsible for checking the speed of vehicle used by MYGPS. If the speed of vehicle exceeds 90km/h, summon with be issued.10. Responsible to checking and ensuring that summons issued by road enforcement be paid on a specified period.11. Any other related scope of work as professionally directed by the management.12. Responsible on preparation of documents for Internal & Financial Audit.13. Do inspection the vehicle at yard.
