Job Description Job Descriptions Able to handle HR related aspects : Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employees Relations
Able to ensure all data relating to employees are kept Confidential, accurately maintained and readily avaialble
Able to record and monitor for each employee ; Attendance record, leave records, medical leave records, performance
Able to ensure HR / Admin duties are carried out within the Company's Acts and Policies
Able to handle administrative works : Renewal company's insurance, renewal of doctor's Annual Practicing Certificate (APC), applying and renewal licenses, liasion with the Government Departments (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)
Able to process the payrolls
Able to handle other duties instructed by the Director?
Job Requirements
Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Good both spoken and written at least in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good in writing and replying emails related to correspondences
Computer skills in Microsoft Office application is compulsory
Able to handle basic accounting related
At least 3 - 5 years working experience in HR or relevant fields
Experienced in medical field is an added advantage
