Company: Insurance Industry- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 830am-530pm- Location: Jalan 51A/241, 46100 Petaling Jaya,Job Scope- Provides general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answers and directs phone calls.- Maintain a computer and manual filing system- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc- Able to work independently with minimum supervision**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of working experience in related field- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent- Computer literate.- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Malay and spoken Mandarin.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Good interpersonal and communications skills with positive attitude.- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have initiative.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,603.51 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Vision insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
