Details of the offer

**JOB SCOPE**- Main jobs - Handle defect for unsold unit and unit complain by owner for project.- Too coordinate and make appointments for day to day with contractor - owners & tenants to carry out the defect rectifications.- Manage database for each property, prepared LOA for documentation defect teams & management office.- To ensure all defects complaint done rectification on dateline give.- Coordinate with landscaping team for landscape issue in Kiara.**OTHER JOB**- Admin job - filling, answer office call, taking massages.- Go SAJ to settle meter installation and change developer name to owner name for all project.- Data Entry (Sales figures, property listing) - providing administration support to Sales department, Manager.- Help sales team (bring customer to show unit, briefing project to customer).- Join Mapex event.- Handling iCares system.- Maintenance fee - collect payment, issue receipt**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Admin property: 2 years (preferred)
