ADMIN/SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT (Full Time)- Monitor and liaise with solicitors/end-financiers/purchasers on Sales and Purchase Agreement and loan documentation.- Monitor/ensure timely disbursement from purchaser or end-financier.- Follow up on progress billings, collection and interest statements within the stipulated time frame- Attend to handing over of vacant possession to purchasers.- Provide assistance in sales enquiries, sales administrative functions and sales launches as and when required.- To prepare and maintain proper records and files of all the purchasers.- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.Job Requirements- Women age 25 and above.- Bachelor Degree holder (preferably in Estate Management / Business Admin or related fields).- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.- Proficient in computer literate - Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.- Good housing development and construction knowledge is an advantage.- Basic Salary- EPF + SOCSO- Medical Claims, Annual LeaveExpected Start Date: 03/18/2024
