Answer call and attend to customer enquiry/complaint- Issuance and follow up of Goods Returned- Issuance of TDO (for sample/replacement)- Issuance of Bomba C Forms- Prepare & Updating Monthly & Yearly Goods Report- Prepare customer's ageing- Assist in Oversea Order (invoice, DO, packing list)- Remind salesman to chase payment- Handle Credit Facilities Form submitted by customer- Assist in Local Delivery (issue invoice & entertain own collection's customer)- Involve in stock checking- Filling- Assist Superior & boss on urgent requirement.- Other task as assigned by superior or boss**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum ½ - 1 year working experience in related field- Independent, well organized and hardworking.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to communicate in English- A positive, confident and determined approach.- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.- **BENEFITS**:- Rewarding career prospect & advancement- Basic salary + EPF + Socso- Training provided & big opportunity to grow**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:daily sanitizeApplication Question(s):- Currently still working?
