Admin Support - Logistic

**Position: Admin Support - Logistic****Client Background**:The client is an emerging and rapidly evolving Asian oil company. As a major and reputable company in Oil & Gas, their involvement in refining and retailing the world-class quality of petroleum products and related services helps the country to meet its energy demands and contributes to the overall socio-economy advancements.**Location: Damansara Heights****Industry**: Oil and Gas Industry**Tenure: 6 Months (Maternity Replacement)****Responsibilities**:- Issuance, update and record DT/Seal control log sheet, and monitor inventory and replenishment of DT/Seal.- Download order for self-pickup truck: Downloading process includes creating DT and Loading Instruction. Shipment using the order and truck number provided by the customer. The customer will collect DT, LI, and load shipments from the terminal.- Check Loading Time: Checking loading time helps monitor the loading status of all trucks to ensure shipments are loaded timely.- Issue TDR when system down, PGI, replacement DT and reconcile back with actual DT when system back online as per in-line control procedure- Delivery Ticket extraction for audit purposes.- Work with Planner to change the order in case of wrong order, change truck, wrong loading by driver and others- Monitor and report diversion of order to Error Correction (EC), follow-up of uncomplete diversion load during month end.- Received calls from service station dealers & commercial dealers and provide feedback to them on the loading status and others daily.- Prepare the monthly volume lifting of individual product codes for commercial and retail of PFISB and PMRMB in the EXCEL spreadsheet- Manila Audit — TDR, Seal Records, DT, and Seal issuance Log.**Job Requirements**- Diploma holder in any field- Experienced in admin and logistic field- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken- Able to work in 6 monthly contract basis**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
