Responsibility Level:The position incumbent is accountable for providing administrative and analytical support for SEA Commercial, Marketing and Technical functions.Typical Duties:To be the super-users for Customer Experience Program (CXP) and E-Warranty ProgramTo be the Subject Matter Experts (SME) related to the 2 digital solutionTo be the key person handling queries from WD customers and POSProvide technical training to WD customers and POSGathers feedback from WD customers and POS to Global CXP team for improvementSupport the development & continuous enhancement of both programsSupport Trade Marketing Manager in the following:Execution of Retail POS Partnership Commercial Policy and its commercial programMonitoring of Marketing activities of WD customers in compliance of Commercial PolicyDevelopment of Trade Marketing initiatives and activitiesBrand / Product Communication: secure the adherence of product & packaging design in line with Clarios Brand GuidelineMarket Intelligence update (Competitors pricing, promotions)Support Technical Specialist in the following:Compilation, analysis and reporting of SEA Warranty & Claims activitiesTo be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for car fitmentProvide administrative support SEA Commercial TeamKey Interfaces:Customer Experience TeamSEA Commercial TeamAPAC Pricing, Sales Support TeamRequirements:Bachelor's degree or minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related curriculumStrong interpersonal skill and experienced in handling customers feedback across multi-cultural environmentGood language and presentation skills, fluent in both Mandarin and EnglishGood understanding, knowledge in chemistry and experienced technical and process management preferredInsight Profile Supporter and/or Helper preferredAdvanced level of data processing competency preferred.
