Details of the offer

Provide clerical and administrative support to the branch.- Manage office facility, inventory and order new supplies as and when needed.- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.- Manage and maintain office filing system both physical and electronically.- Assist with travel arrangements for staff if required only.- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records in designated systems.- Assist with onboarding new staff members in branch office.- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate bookkeeping.- Make arrangement for training and calibration of equipment's as per requirement from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Able to commence duty with short notice will be added advantage.**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- as admin assistant: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)**Location**:- Miri (required)Application Deadline: 03/31/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
